font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">La ruta comenzar\u00eda desde Tr\u00e9velez, pueblo situado en lo m\u00e1s alto del coraz\u00f3n alpujarre\u00f1o y en el alma de Sierra Nevada a 1.476 metros sobre el nivel del mar; por delante una ascensi\u00f3n de casi trece kil\u00f3metros y un desnivel positivo acumulado de 2.000 metros aproximadamente para subir la 6\u00aa monta\u00f1a m\u00e1s alta de Espa\u00f1a, conocida entre muchos tambi\u00e9n como \u201cLa Dama\u201d siendo el Rey, el Mulhac\u00e9n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Situada en la Cordillera Penib\u00e9tica, junto al Mulhac\u00e9n y Puntal de la Caldera, forma un anfiteatro en la vertiente Norte, donde nace el r\u00edo Genil, a partir de la Laguna de la Mosca, una lagunilla permanente.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Calor, mucho calor pero con la ilusi\u00f3n por las nubes, ya que si lograba llegar hasta la cima, conseguir\u00eda completar el proyecto ALTITUD 3.0, las diez cimas m\u00e1s altas de Espa\u00f1a&#8230;era la \u00fanica que me quedaba, as\u00ed que a por todas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Desde el pueblo sale el camino direcci\u00f3n a Siete Lagunas donde la primera indicaci\u00f3n del recorrido ser\u00eda La Campi\u00f1uela con un refugio de piedra a su paso; campos de cultivo y acequias vas dejando atr\u00e1s por el camino siempre ascendente, bebiendo de los puntos de agua que aparecen en la ruta donde el agua tiene un sabor especial.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Poco a poco va amaneciendo, se puede ver que en este invierno ha nevado poco por esta sierra y en Espa\u00f1a en general; mantienen sus peque\u00f1as chorreras de agua por todo el camino si, pero falta agua.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Poco a poco vas dejando atr\u00e1s el primer punto de referencia, la Campi\u00f1uela, que deja paso a una imagen muy bonita de las famosas Chorreras Negras; peque\u00f1os saltos de agua, digo peque\u00f1os ya que deben de ser espectaculares con m\u00e1s agua procedente de cotas m\u00e1s altas fruto del deshielo. A\u00fan as\u00ed, alguna que otra parada para escuchar el sonido del agua a su paso, contemplar el paisaje, respirar, y porque no, refrescarte, ya que el calor empezaba a hacer acto de presencia.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Siguiendo la ruta ascendente en todo momento, llegamos a la Ca\u00f1ada de Siete Lagunas, donde encontramos la Laguna Hondera; es un prado verde a 2.850 metros de altitud donde podemos pernoctar junto a la laguna&#8230;la verdad que bajo un cielo estrellado debe de ser un lugar m\u00e1gico pasar aqu\u00ed la noche.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Ya se pod\u00eda ver que desde aqu\u00ed hasta la cumbre, todo el terreno iba a ser un aut\u00e9ntico pedregal lleno de lajas de roca. Caminar lento y seguro para evitar cualquier tipo de resbal\u00f3n o accidente, la cima cada vez m\u00e1s cerca, estaba justamente detr\u00e1s del Pe\u00f1\u00f3n del Globo a 3.288 metros. Tomando el crester\u00edo hacia la cima del Pe\u00f1\u00f3n, y una vez desde ah\u00ed, por fin&#8230;la tan ansiada cima de La Alcazaba a los lejos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Ya solo quedaba realizar una peque\u00f1a bajada por la cuneta de la Alcazaba y encarar ya la cima; que sensaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s buena, a\u00fan quedando escasos 200 metros ya pod\u00eda saborear que las diez cimas m\u00e1s altas de Espa\u00f1a estaba muy muy cerca de poder conseguirlo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Por mi cabeza pasaban im\u00e1genes, sensaciones&#8230;de las otras cimas que hab\u00eda completado hasta llegar aqu\u00ed; el esfuerzo y el sacrificio que hab\u00eda costado completar este proyecto, el tiempo y la preparaci\u00f3n que hab\u00eda invertido, y sobre todo la ilusi\u00f3n, las ganas y la motivaci\u00f3n que me daba la energ\u00eda suficiente para continuar con este proyecto.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Cada cima, una historia, unas sensaciones, unas experiencias vividas que para siempre ir\u00e1n conmigo all\u00e1 donde vaya; para m\u00ed, una satisfacci\u00f3n personal muy grande y una manera de ver la monta\u00f1a, la naturaleza en todo su esplendor en primera persona, de una forma que jam\u00e1s hab\u00eda experimentado antes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Por fin, cima, \u201cLa Dama\u201d, la Alcazaba&#8230;\u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo primero que hice? abrazar aquel hito de piedras tan caracter\u00edstico de la cima; respir\u00e9, tom\u00e9 aire y sin m\u00e1s, muy emocionado, era inmensamente feliz en aquella cumbre.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Tan solo quedaba disfrutar de aquel momento; sentado, bocadillo en mano, contemplaba todo lo que me rodeaba, mi cabeza solo pod\u00eda representar con im\u00e1genes, el recuerdo de cada cima, en este proyecto que un d\u00eda sin m\u00e1s como otro cualquiera se me ocurri\u00f3 y por qu\u00e9 no, alcanzarlo y poder contarlo.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong>ALTITUD 3.0, las diez cimas m\u00e1s altas de Espa\u00f1a, conseguido.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider
