que entrenemos con cargas los diferentes grupos musculares que lo componen.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Entrenar con m\u00e1quinas, pesos libres, etc. es una buena manera de fortalecer el tren superior del cuerpo, corregir nuestra postura ser\u00e1 la base principal de cualquier ejercicio, su ejecuci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnica para no tener molestias y evitar las cargas incontroladas ya que lo \u00fanico que nos ocasionar\u00eda ser\u00eda lesiones innecesarias.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">El principal objetivo de fortalecer nuestro tren superior, olvid\u00e1ndonos del f\u00edn \u201cest\u00e9tico &#8211; belleza\u201d, es dar estabilidad a nuestra columna vertebral; \u00e9sta estructura \u00f3sea necesita de una musculatura fuerte y resistente que sostenga la posici\u00f3n adecuada de la misma. Realizar un trabajo de fuerza y tonificaci\u00f3n muscular de\u00a0 los m\u00fasculos del tren superior nos ayudar\u00e1, entre otros muchos aspectos, a no tener molestias en zonas como las cervicales, hombros o zona media y baja de la espalda.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">En muchos casos, debido a la falta de tono muscular, se genera nada m\u00e1s que inestabilidad y sobrecargas a ciertas zonas llegando a lesionarlas, incluso de por vida.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">El cuerpo necesita un equilibrio en toda su musculatura, una compensaci\u00f3n entre el tren superior y el tren inferior; si tenemos unas zonas m\u00e1s trabajadas y otras m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles, poco a poco el cuerpo se descompensar\u00e1 generando molestias en diferentes partes, llegando a generar lesiones. Es habitual ver que los chicos pr\u00e1cticamente s\u00f3lo entrenan el tren superior y las chicas centran sus entrenamientos en el tren inferior&#8230;es la realidad, y \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede ocasionarnos a largo plazo? Lesiones de rodilla, espalda, etc.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Sin olvidarnos del aspecto deportivo, ll\u00e1mese preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica para un deporte en concreto o simplemente deportistas aficionados que practiquen p\u00e1del, tenis, running, etc. pensamos que no es necesario trabajar nuestra musculatura superior ya que, err\u00f3neamente, pensamos que por las caracter\u00edsticas de un determinado deporte no tenga ninguna funci\u00f3n y no es necesario. Es prioritario tener especial consideraci\u00f3n desde el principio de nuestros programas de entrenamiento; cualquier gesto deportivo implica que nuestro centro, nuestro Core, trabaje y se active de manera autom\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Un correcto trabajo de entrenamiento conlleva realizar los ejercicios posturalmente correctos, trabajando en calidad del ejercicio y no en cantidad, bajar las cargas de peso y controlar los movimientos es primordial para sacar el mayor rendimiento y efectividad el trabajo realizado y evitar lesiones.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">El tronco es un factor limitante en el entrenamiento muscular superior, ya que si no aguanta m\u00e1s, debemos parar el ejercicio ya que tanto f\u00edsica como biomec\u00e1nicamente \u00e9stos los estaremos realizando sin el potencial \u2013 efectividad adecuado.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Ejercicios hay miles con sus correspondientes variantes, pero no nos confundamos al pensar que los ejercicios m\u00e1s \u201cenrevesados\u201d son los que m\u00e1s nos aportar\u00e1n en nuestros entrenamientos; con una base firme de ejercicios y sus variantes, podemos tener un plan de entrenamiento global y eficaz, dotarles de un toque de imaginaci\u00f3n e intensidad, pero nunca olvidarnos de que la base del ejercicio es una. Inventar es sin\u00f3nimo de lesi\u00f3n a corto o largo plazo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Y sobre todo, trabajar los diferentes grupos musculares en amplitud de movimiento combin\u00e1ndolos bilateral y unilateralmente, buscando la estabilidad para controlar nuestros movimientos y una vez controlados, incorporar superficies inestables para dar mayor intensidad a los ejercicios.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #db7f00; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>CONCLUSIONES FINALES<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Tenemos que saber que nuestro principal objetivo cuando entrenemos nuestro tren superior ser\u00e1 el de fortalecer nuestra musculatura para dar soporte y sustentaci\u00f3n a nuestra columna vertebral.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
