escaleras y gradas como una alternativa o a\u00f1adido m\u00e1s a nuestros trabajos de fuerza mejorando la potencia muscular y la fuerza reactiva gracias al trabajo pliom\u00e9trico <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\"><i>(<\/i><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\"><i>movimiento r\u00e1pido y potente que involucra el<\/i><\/span><\/strong><i> <\/i><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\"><i>pre-estiramiento del m\u00fasculo y activa el ciclo de elongar y acortar la fibra para producir subsecuentemente una contracci\u00f3n conc\u00e9ntrica m\u00e1s fuerte).<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\">La <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\">pliometr\u00eda<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\"> busca extrapolar una serie de actos que se dan en el deporte, principalmente, los saltos y el aterrizaje tras ellos, y trabajarlos de manera externa. Se trata de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\">ejercicios r\u00e1pidos y explosivos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;\"> que buscan maximizar la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva y, a su vez, interiorizar los movimientos para que estos se vuelvan m\u00e1s veloces y efectivos. Y es que los ejercicios pliom\u00e9tricos buscan entrenar biomec\u00e1nicamente ciertos movimientos para fortalecer los m\u00fasculos, tendones y ligamentos.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Caer en la rutina de los entrenamientos es sin\u00f3nimo de cansarnos mental y f\u00edsicamente a la vez que nuestra motivaci\u00f3n y ganas de salir a entrenar disminuya por falta de est\u00edmulos. font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Para la realizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de entrenamientos, tendremos que realizar un calentamiento previo bastante intenso ya que es un trabajo exigente y requiere que nuestra estructura muscular, \u00f3sea y tendinosa pueda soportarla; no s\u00f3lo debemos de centrarnos en el trabajo en las gradas o escaleras, para una mejor transferencia, por ejemplo en carrera, combinaremos las secuencias de ejercicios con series cortas o m\u00e1s largas de carrera y poder as\u00ed transferir las cargas de trabajo a un gesto real deportivo como pueda ser en este caso la carrera (fuerza \u2013 transferencia).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Al finalizar el entrenamiento realizaremos una vuelta a la calma, trote suave, como activaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n post-esfuerzo, y dejar que el descanso y la recuperaci\u00f3n nos hagan asimilar los entrenamientos.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #db7f00;\"><b>OBJETIVOS Y BENEFICIOS<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Mejora la capacidad anaer\u00f3bica y el VO2 m\u00e1x (la m\u00e1x. cantidad de O2 que somos capaces de consumir en esfuerzos intensos).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Movimientos cortos, din\u00e1micos y explosivos ayudar\u00e1n a mejorar nuestra reacci\u00f3n en los apoyos.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; Fortalece nuestras piernas y aumenta nuestra velocidad en carrera.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,serif;
