nuestra salud; el entrenamiento de estimulaci\u00f3n neuromuscular mec\u00e1nica hace tiempo que se incorpor\u00f3 en nuestras \u201cvidas deportivas\u201d y son muchos atletas profesionales y multitud de personas que han incorporado este tipo de entrenamiento en sus rutinas deportivas.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Las vibraciones se caracterizan por tener un <strong><em>amplitud<\/em><\/strong>, que es la distancia alcanzada entre los extremos del movimiento en el caso de medirse pico a pico, y una <strong><em>frecuencia<\/em><\/strong>, que es el n\u00famero de veces que se repite. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\">Normalmente, la vibraci\u00f3n de las plataformas mayoritariamente se produce de manera vertical tanto en plataformas verticales como en las oscilantes, y el tiempo de exposici\u00f3n a las mismas va desde los 4 minutos a los 20 minutos delimitando el trabajo de fuerza a no m\u00e1s de 8-10 minutos (meta an\u00e1lisis de Mar\u00edn y Rhea 2009).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span este tipo de entrenamientos y no sobrepasar en cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo, es decir, menos es m\u00e1s pero sin quedarnos ni cortos ni pasarnos, ya que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de querer \u201cmachacarnos\u201d con una mega sesi\u00f3n en la plataforma, podemos conseguir efectos no muy beneficiosos para nuestro organismo ya que aparecer\u00eda la sobreestimulaci\u00f3n y saturaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso, llegando a reducir nuestro rendimiento.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La mala comercializaci\u00f3n y marketing del mercado hace, como muchos otros aparatos deportivos, que caigamos en el error que nos venden a menudo; frases tipo como \u201ccon apenas 10 minutos de entrenamiento conseguir\u00e1s un cuerpo 10\u201d, \u00f3 \u201c tu gimnasio en casa sin apenas sudar\u201d, mil etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En realidad, no es una gimnasia pasiva: se suda y de lo lindo, se trabaja intensamente llegando a tener grandes agujetas post entrenamiento si no llevamos una correcta progresi\u00f3n&#8230; as\u00ed que una vez m\u00e1s digo que hay que apoyarse en los grandes especialistas y profesionales del deporte para que os puedan aconsejar mucho mejor.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Seg\u00fan las \u201ccreencias\u201d tipo adelgaza en 10 minutos, reduce tu cintura, 10 minutos de plataforma equivale a una hora de ejercicio&#8230; en realidad, \u00bfqu\u00e9 ejercicio? Nadar, correr, andar, musculaci\u00f3n&#8230; no hay nada demostrado al respecto que 10 minutos de ejercicio corresponda a una hora de ejercicio. Lo que si podemos decir es que 25 herzios a una amplitud baja equivale a movilizar un peso de 20 kg aproximadamente y 45 herzios a amplitud alta (4 mm) equivale a mantener o movilizar 70 kg ( Pedro J.
