style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong><i><u>Ejercicio de media intensidad<\/u><\/i><\/strong><i><strong>.<\/strong> <\/i>En este caso hay una colaboraci\u00f3n entre el metabolismo anaer\u00f3bico y el aer\u00f3bico, esto provoca que el organismo no sea capaz de eliminar todo el \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico producido. Duraci\u00f3n aproximada de una hora.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong><i><u>Ejercicio de alta intensidad<\/u><\/i>.<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed el organismo necesita energ\u00eda de forma r\u00e1pida, con lo que la producci\u00f3n por medio del metabolismo anaer\u00f3bico es mayor. Esto hace que la concentraci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico vaya aumentando mas. Duraci\u00f3n aproximada de quince minutos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #ffffff;\"><strong><i><u>Ejercicio de muy alta intensidad<\/u><\/i>.<\/strong> Cuando el organismo necesita mucha energ\u00eda y de forma muy r\u00e1pida, la \u00fanica forma de obtenerla es por medio del metabolismo anaer\u00f3bico. En este caso, la eliminaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico es muy baja y se acumula en los m\u00fasculos y la sangre.
